Look, most people bang their head against the wall over and over expecting a different result each time (this is the definition of insanity).

It's frustrating as hell really.

I did it for YEARS!

So let me break down a little TRUTH for you:

but the TRUTH is WE DON'T.

But we are damn good at MAKING EXCUSES why we don't have what we want!

"My divorce"

The list of EXCUSES is a mile long.  

And it's a mile long list of BULLSHIT. 

The truth is in this exact moment you have 2 choices...

I have had 5 MMA fights and had my ass kicked.
